Evidence Based Rehabilitation
Led by HCPC Registered, Chartered Physiotherapist Kirsty Harris with 20+ years clinical experience supporting knee rehabilitation.

After more than 20 years helping people recover from knee pain, I created this program to make rehabilitation feel clearer, calmer, and far less overwhelming — especially for people who feel stuck or unsure what to do next.
Knee recovery isn't always linear. Flare-ups can happen. This program is built for the ‘bad days’ too — helping you adjust load safely, keep moving confidently, and continue progressing over time.

Experiences from early participants:
Early participants have reported improvements in pain, strength, walking confidence and understanding how to manage their knee long-term.
Results vary depending on symptoms, consistency and medical history.

Yes — absolutely. This is not a self-serve exercise library where you are left to manage things alone.
Throughout the 12-week programme, you’ll have regular access to Kirsty Harris, an experienced musculoskeletal physiotherapist, through weekly live Q&A sessions and via the Q&A Hub, where you can ask questions, discuss concerns, and gain expert guidance relating to your recovery.
These sessions are designed to provide ongoing clinical support, help build confidence, and ensure you feel guided throughout your rehabilitation journey.

No. You will only be asked to make payment if you choose to continue after the initial 7 days.
No — you do not need a referral. This is a physiotherapist-led self-referral program designed for people with ongoing knee pain, arthritis or post-operative recovery.
In many cases, yes.
Progressive strengthening is one of the most effective ways to improve knee function, confidence and long-term movement in people with osteoarthritis and “wear and tear” symptoms.
Often, yes — depending on your stage of recovery and your consultant’s guidance.
Many people use the program to help rebuild strength, confidence and stability following knee surgery.
Flare-ups can happen during rehabilitation — especially when returning to movement after a long period of pain or stiffness.
The program helps you understand how to adjust exercises, manage flare-ups safely and continue progressing without panicking or stopping completely.
For your initial 7-day access, you’ll only need simple household items such as:
- a chair
- stairs or a step
- a mat or a firm bed
If you continue into the full 12-week program, a resistance band is included in your welcome pack and introduced from Week 2 onwards.
Everything is designed to be practical, achievable and home-based.
Most people complete:
- 3 guided exercise sessions per week
- each under 60 minutes
There’s also a weekly live Q&A session you can attend live or watch later as a recording.
The program is designed to fit around normal life, work and golf.
The program follows a structured 12-week rehabilitation pathway, with clear guidance on how to adjust exercises to your current level and symptoms.
You’ll also have access to weekly live Q&A support where you can ask questions and receive ongoing physiotherapy guidance.
That’s absolutely fine — many participants would not consider themselves tech-savvy.
The platform is designed to be simple to use and clearly structured. You can pause, rewind and replay exercise videos as needed.
Once you enrol and complete the short onboarding, you’ll have access to a structured dashboard showing exactly what to do each week.
Results vary depending on symptoms, consistency and medical history.
Many participants begin noticing improvements in pain, confidence and movement within the first few weeks.
Strength and long-term function typically develop progressively across the full 12 weeks.
Every knee is different. The program progresses gradually and includes outcome tracking, so you can clearly see how your knee is responding.
If it becomes clear during onboarding that the program is not appropriate for you, you’ll be advised before starting.
You’re welcome to email [email protected] and we aim to respond as quickly as possible, certainly within 1 working day.
Please note we can’t provide individual medical advice by email.
